Redirected Walking Controller Evaluation

Evaluate Optimal Redirected Walking Planning Using Reinforcement Learning

What is This Project

This research was conducted under my exchange research internship with the University of Tokyo. Redirected Walking (RDW) is a technique commonly used to overcome the limitation of real walking locomotion while exploring virtual worlds. In this research, we conducted a user study to evaluate different RDW controllers implemented by Reinforcement-Learning.
